Our Beckemeyer inspector gets on the roof and traces the leak path. We check pipe boots, flashing, shingle seals, valley transitions, and ridge caps. The source of the leak is often nowhere near the ceiling stain. Our job is to find it.

We quote repairs by the job, not by the hour. The number we give you is the number you pay. No add-ons, no change orders. If we find additional damage during the repair, we call you before proceeding.

We start every repair with an inspection to find the actual cause. Water testing or thermal imaging pinpoints the entry point. Once we know where water is getting in, we fix it properly with matching materials and tested methods. Band-aids don't work on roofs. We do permanent repairs.
